How to Buy and Receive
HOW TO BUY RIO CARNIVAL TICKETS
1. If is your first purchase Register .
2 . Browse the Left Menu or the Top Menu called Carnival Tickets in the main page (home).
3. Choose the ticket that you want. Click on the type of ticket, date and sector.
4. Check the details and click ADD to Cart. Select the numbers of tickets (update shopping cart). Then, you can Continue to Shopping or Proceed to Checkout.
5. Next make the identification typing your E-mail and Password.
6. Check your order, select the Payment Method and The Pick up Locations Availables - Barra or Copacabana to receive your ticket.
7. ATTENTION: WE DO NOT SHIP THE TICKETS OUTSIDE OF BRAZIL. YOU MUST TO COLLECT THEM IN ONE OF THE 2 LOCATIONS OPTIONS (BARRA OR COPACABANA). But please fill out your shipping address for the store information.
8. Order Review. Place your Order.
You will receive an automatic e-mail regarding your purchase with your order number. After payment approval, our customer service will issue you OUR VOUCHER and send it to your registered e-mail.
YOUR TICKETS CAN BE PHYSICAL (credentials) OR DIGITAL TICKETS. It's all depends on the type and sector.
If digital we will contact by e-mail or phone (close to carnival date) to transfer ticket to your name.
You Must choose the location you want to Pick UP yours Tickets anyways.
Barra da Tijuca Store - Our Phisical Store Opens the Entire Year.

After the Purchase:
Our Customer Service will send by email the Ticket Rio Voucher with your order´s details. This Voucher is your purchase confirmation. Please print it and take with you to receive your tickets (an pic ID wil be required).
Cancellation Policy : 7 calendar days (Brazilian law for on line sales)
After you receive the Ticket Rio Voucher, you have 7 calendar days to ask the cancelation for whatever reason and 100% refund will be provided. After this period until 30 days before carnival we charge 20% cancelation fee due the administration process and due time holding the tickets for the event and you will receive 80% refund. Within 30 days prior Carnival it's not possible to cancel but you can send us and e-mail and we check the possibility to sell your tickets to another customer and return your money (20% fee will also apply).
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation of the show, without the possibility of reschedule for a future date, refund will be processed within 90 (ninety) days, counted from the date it is formalized with the client, the cancellation of the event. In any case, the organization of the event will not pay, under any hypothesis, with any costs indirectly related to the postponement and/or the cancellation of the event, such as, for example, accommodation, food, air transport and transportation, not any form of indemnity, in any capacity.
HOW TO RECEIVE/ WHEN TO RECEIVE
- Grandstands Tickets & Allocated Chairs - Magnetic cards will be available from February 2024 until the last day of carnival at Barra Store. At Copacabana Vilamar Hotel only at Carnival Week.
- Front Boxes & VIP Covered Lounges - As a matter of logistics and high value these tickets are released by Liesa - Independent League of Samba Schools just near to the carnival week. Delivery Available: only at Carnival Week.
