HOW TO RECEIVE DIGITAL TICKETS PURCHASE AT TICKET RIO

 Now your Grandstands Tickets for every Sambadrome Sector and Allocated Chair are Digital tickets (QR code). The digital tickets will be available in the carnival week. We will contact you by Phone (Whatsapp) or E-mail. In order to receive it, follow the steps bellow. Front Boxes and Camarote VIP All Inclusive are still physical tickets.

Our physical locations will still be available to pickup Front Boxes or VIP Tickets, for last minutes purchases or to receive your free gifts.

 How to access my digital tickets bought with Ticket Rio?

– Download the QUENTRO app on your Phone.

– CREATE A QUENTRO ACCOUNT IN THE APP AND CONTACT US TO RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS BY PHONE/ APP.

We will transfer the tickets from our Quentro account to the buyer Quentro Account.

• Keep your phone Charged, We will scan the QR code in the Quentro app upon entry. Make sure your cell phone is charged when you arrive at the event location.
• Use your QUENTRO account to enter the application, use a valid email, preferably the same one used to purchase your tickets with us, also using the same details as the ticket buyer.
• Verify your Personal Details. Avoid identification problems! Check your account and ticket details before entry to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Buy Rio Sambadrome Tickets in Advance. Don’t wait to buy your tickets last minute so everything is already organized when you enter.
